Ok friends, it’s time to start thinking about rally season. Remember, April 24 – 26, 2020 will be the 20th annual Pumpkin Run in Millsboro, DE. To celebrate our 20th we are planning some special events. Believe me you do not want to miss this. The routes are complete and now it’s on to our Rally Master, Jim Feeney for timing and instructions.
To everyone that stepped up for Bob Herrington’s (Watson Funeral Home) challenge at our last rally THANK YOU. There are a few that haven’t paid your pledge yet, so please don’t forget.
I have included an entry form, but before you return it, please make sure it is complete and please print. Joe Roche will also put the entry form on our website (www.northeastrallyclub.com). The schedule of events will be mailed closer to the rally.
Again this year we NEED auction/raffle items to help raise money for our hosts, the Millsboro Volunteer Fire Company. Remember your entry fee only covers the cost of the rally and not the donation for preparing the food and use of the hall.
Our hotel has changed again this year. We will be staying at Tru by Hilton (301 College Park Lane, Georgetown, DE 19947) which is next to the hotel we used last year. This change was necessary due to the price increase from last year. Tru offered us a rate of $131.00 per night. Their number is 302-515-2100 and be sure to ask for Northeast Rally Club rates. Our block of rooms will be held until 3/28/20 and then they will release any unreserved rooms. Please ask for their cancellation policy.
